Delivery within the EU
Delivery abroad is conducted by Polish Post (Poczta Polska). Cash on delivery is not accepted. Orders shipped after receipt of payment to our bank account or by credit card.
Estimated delivery time for Europe 2-15 business days.
Cancellation of orders:
You may cancel your order if the goods have not already been sent, by sending details of your order on email@example.com
Not used, unopened product can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from purchase date.
We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number so that the delivery of your product can be traced.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Handling time for your return is 10-15 business days for your return to be processed.
Note that before you tillhandahållar a refund for returned products will first check its condition.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges for return without refund is given only for the value of the product. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together with the product to receive your refund, otherwise the original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued by the same payment method used at time of purchase.
Any losses caused by exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
Replacing the product:
We offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective or faulty product. We will ship the product with the same shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. Return shipping will also be refunded.
Only if the product was sold out, we will refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
