How do I make a return?
Are your goods unopened and unused, you can use the right of withdrawal in 14 days from the date you received the order. Send back the items you want the returns along with your order number to:

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Can we not accept a return because an item is opened, or use it costs €10 to have the goods sent back again.
